We are a client driven listing service, providing you with all of the tools you need to sell your property for the highest possible amount.  Our flat fee pricing will save you thousands of dollars in commissions!

How It Works

Our Philosophy

We are a flat fee listing service with flair.  With so much information at the consumer’s fingertips, savvy home sellers can save more money using our self guided brokerage for a more economical yet effective approach.  This approach allows you to take the lead with our “Template for Success”. 


This is our guide for you for every step of the way to get your home sold the fastest, most economical way while saving you the most money.  How it works:  Our Exclusive Agency Agreement allows us to help facilitate the sale of your property without the same fee requirements of Exclusive Right to Sell listing  agreements.

Example

A home that sells for $500,000 has a n average real estate commission of roughly 5% or a $25,000 cost to the seller.  


With New Jersey Save and Sell our flat fee pricing structure is as follows.......


Our Flat fee Service  $1000

If a Buyers’ Broker fee is 2.5% = $12,500

Total commission and fees = $13,500

Savings: $11,500


OR


Our Flat fee $1000

A private buyer purchases your home ($0 commission)

Your fees with no commissions = $1000 total
